Research, UX and interface design for products people come back to. A SaaS dashboard, a marketing site, a mobile app: we start with who uses it and what number you’re moving, not with a moodboard.
Flows and edge states get argued about long before a colour picker is opened.
Why Dcycle for design
The design studio that ships what it draws
Most projects lose their best ideas somewhere between the Figma file and the pull request. Designers hand over, developers reinterpret, and three sprints later the thing that shipped isn’t the thing that was approved.
So we design like the people who have to develop it, because we are. Kishan designs every project himself, in the file rather than reviewing it over someone’s shoulder, and every flow is pressure-tested against real engineering constraints on day one.
In that order, every time. Five ways to work with us on design: take one, or the whole run from first flow to production-ready system.
UI/UX Design
End-to-end interface design for web and mobile in Figma: flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI and every interaction state in between. Empty, loading, error, and the ones nobody briefs.
You get
Flows, UI for every state, and a clickable prototype
SaaS Product Design
Dashboards, onboarding, billing, permissions: the dense, workflow-heavy screens where SaaS is won or lost. Designed around the job your user is there to do, not the feature list.
You get
A product people can learn without a demo call
Website Redesign
For sites that look fine and convert badly. We find where visitors drop, rework the story and the structure, and design the pages that carry a stranger from first scroll to enquiry.
You get
A redesign tied to the number it has to move
Prototyping
Clickable prototypes that go in front of people who are not us, before a line of production code exists. Being wrong here costs a week. Being wrong after development costs a quarter.
You get
Recorded sessions, and the design changes they forced
Design Systems
Tokens, components and documentation that let a product grow without looking like it was assembled over four years. Made in Figma, mapped to code your engineers will recognise.
Every engagement opens with discovery: interviews, a teardown of what already exists, and the analytics you have but haven’t read. We are hunting for one thing: the question worth answering.
You leave it with a written problem statement and the evidence behind it, so every later design decision can be traced back to a real person rather than an internal hunch.
We map the critical paths first: sign-up, onboarding, the purchase, the moment someone comes back. Then we strip out friction step by step. Flows and edge states get argued about long before a colour picker is opened.
That gives your product, design and engineering people one experience to react to while changing it is still cheap.
We Demonstrate it. The prototype goes in front of people who are not us, before a line of production code exists. Being wrong here costs a week. Being wrong after development costs a quarter, which is the entire argument for this stage.
You get the recorded sessions, and the design changes they forced.
Flows, UI for every interaction state, a clickable prototype and a design system your engineers can work from. If your own team is developing it, we hand over a spec that doesn’t need us in the room to read it.
If you want it developed too, nothing gets handed over at all: the same team carries it into production. That’s how our development works.
Scope, timeline and price are agreed before a single hour is billed, alongside the list of what we are deliberately not developing. If something later falls outside it, we say so and re-quote rather than absorb it and quietly slip the date.
For a sense of scale: Cashew’s Webflow landing system took four weeks with one designer. NextRep’s dual-role mobile app took nine weeks with one designer and one developer.
